Is the YECO PD-20 compatible with all doors?

Yes, YECO PD-20 fits most standard doors and can replace your existing peephole without drilling.


Does it require wiring?

No. It’s completely battery-powered and designed for simple DIY installation.


Is installation complicated?

Not at all. Most users install it within minutes using only basic tools.


Does it work with smart home platforms?

Yes. The YECO PD-20 works with Tuya Smart, and is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.


Can I use it without Wi-Fi?

The built-in screen allows you to see visitors locally. For app features like alerts and remote viewing, a Wi-Fi connection is required.


Does it support night vision?

Yes. It includes infrared night vision for clear visibility in low light.


Can I talk to visitors from my phone?

Yes. Two-way audio lets you speak with visitors through the mobile app.


When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days, depending on availability. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all U.S. domestic orders. You’ll see any applicable shipping costs at checkout for other regions.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the product is damaged, do not accept the shipment and ask the carrier to return it. Then contact us immediately.


My device won’t connect to Wi-Fi — what can I do?

YECO PD-20 works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, be sure to select the 2.4GHz band during setup.


Which app should I use?

YECO PD-20 uses the Tuya Smart app. A QR code for app download is included in the user manual and product box.


Do you ship from the USA?

Yes, we have a U.S.-based warehouse and typically ship orders within the United States. Depending on stock availability and fulfillment logistics, some items may ship from other locations. All orders are trackable and supported by our U.S.-based customer service.
